MINDEX: Backing up Data.
You must back your entire data folder (\MINDEX.DAT) up daily. You should have 31 backup disks so that if you do need to recover from a data loss, it is possible to go back one day at a time until you are where you want to be.
The folder \MINDEX.DAT will be on your common server or if you are a single-PC user, on one of the local hard drives. If you press 's' from the MINDEX Main Menu, you'll see an entry showing where your data drive is, eg: S:\MINDEX.DAT.
